Constant ERROR_CHAIN_ID_MISMATCH

pub const ERROR_CHAIN_ID_MISMATCH: Error;

Error 411: the signed payload’s chain_id names a different network than the one serving the request. The signature binds the transaction to that other network, so it cannot be admitted here. Read the right value from real_chainId.
