Expand description

Enumeration of all possible error condition descriptions.

Each variant corresponds to a specific error condition that can occur in the matching engine. The serde rename attributes ensure consistent JSON/API serialization format.

ErrorString::Unknown is what keeps adding an error code the additive change this mechanism promises. Without it a client built against an older release fails to deserialize the entire report the first time the sequencer names a code it has not heard of — losing the error_code beside it, which would have said what actually happened.
